We ordered take-out for the first time on Sunday, March 20. The store was very clean and the kitchen was too (you can see into it from the register), and the staff was friendly and helpful. Service was quick too; our order was ready in about 15 minutes even though there were several other customers ahead of us. We ordered spring rolls, Kung Pao Chicken, boneless bbq spare ribs, fried dumplings, fried Won Tons, Hot & Sour soup, Egg Drop Soup, Mixed Vegetables With Garlic Sauce and Hot & Spicy Chicken. The spring rolls were hot, crispy and delicious. They tasted as if they'd been freshly made. The ribs were tender and juicy, perfectly seasoned with their delicious sauce that makes them a fave with Chinese foodies. I hadn't tried the Mixed Veggies or Hot & Spicy Chicken before, and they were indtant new favorites. If you love spicy food and lots of garlic, they deliver! Their flavor was rich and the vegetables tasted freshly picked from the garden, with none of that I Came From Suspended Animation In The Deep Freeze & Reheated limpness. The Kung Pao, my very favorite Asian dish, was some of the best I've eaten. I didn't try the soups or the Won tons, but my husband and roommate said they were great. Portions are standard Chinese take-out size, and if you also kike to have leftovers for lunch at work or just to avoid cooking the next day, you'll get your money's worth. We are very happy with our dining experience and will be back for more.

I think this restaurant is underrated. Growing up my family had a Chinese restaurant and so it's hard not comparing dishes. Yesterday we ordered Shrimp with black bean sauce, hot and spicy tofu, and the chicken Lo mein combo which comes with pork fried rice and egg roll. We also got crab rangoons. The crab Rangoons had the imitation crab meat and good flavor. You really don't need to dip in the sweet n sour sauce. The sauce kind of had a pineapple flavor too it, it was nice. Most places don't flavor their rangoons or have a salty flavor which I don't prefer. The hot and spicy tofu was good except it was not spicy at all. Not even mild. So I suggest if you like spicy food to ask for it to be more spicy. The shrimp in black bean sauce was good! And it had jumbo shrimp! Love jumbo shrimp. Got the chicken lo mein for my daughter who is 15 months and she ate it up!!

I have never been disappointed when I steal away for a quick lunch. The food is fresh and my General Tso's chicken is still crispy even though it's covered in sauce. Their egg rolls are some of the best around, hot and crispy. Update: August 2018. I really don't understand the poor reviews for Great China. I have eaten here probably 10 times since it opened. I haven't been disappointed yet. I have never gotten greasy food as some state. Service has always been quick and friendly. Their chicken lo menu could use more chicken but otherwise I've been pleased.

I was literally the first customer and came in like 15 minutes before their official opening time because the door was unlocked and the sign was on, but they still had my food ready quicker than I could get their info on here. The food is like every other Chinese restaurant for the most part, I got crab Rangoon and beef lo mein, I will say the inside of the Rangoon was slightly different than I'm used too which was nice for a change, and the interior of the restaurant is very nice being a brand new place and all. The staff was extremely friendly, I'll be back in a few weeks probably to see if they will make me some "authentic" food that isn't on the Americanized menu.
